These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the ORBAX website or purchase products from us. They explain how orders, payments, delivery, returns and other aspects of your purchase are handled.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that you have as a consumer under applicable law.

The ORBAX Star Projector is a home ambience product. We do not make any medical, therapeutic or clinical claims about the product.
Pricing
The ORBAX Star Projector is currently priced at £49.99 with free UK delivery.
Prices are displayed in GBP. The total price applicable to your order will be shown at checkout before payment is taken.
Where any bonus digital content (such as a night routine guide) is offered with a purchase, it is included with the product at no additional charge.
Orders
When you place an order:
- you select the product and preferred colour
- you provide the required checkout information
- you review your order and total
- you submit the order
- we send an order confirmation to the email address you provided
In limited circumstances we may need to cancel or refund an order — for example, if the product becomes unavailable or if an obvious pricing or system error occurs. If this happens, we will contact you and refund any payment already taken for the affected order.
Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout using the payment methods made available on the ORBAX website. The payment methods shown at checkout may change from time to time.
Delivery
UK delivery is currently free.
Orders are generally processed within approximately 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, UK delivery is typically expected within approximately 3–5 working days, for a realistic overall estimate of 6–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control.
Other destinations
In addition to the United Kingdom, ORBAX currently ships to the United States, Canada, Germany, France, Poland and Spain. We do not currently offer delivery to other destinations. Returns & the ORBAX guarantee
ORBAX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the ORBAX Star Projector. This is a voluntary customer promise that sits alongside your statutory rights.
If you wish to request a return or refund under the guarantee, please contact us at support@orbax.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.

Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within the applicable cancellation period. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is not a substitute for this right.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Faulty, damaged or not-as-described goods
Where applicable under consumer law, goods you receive must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
If your ORBAX arrives damaged, develops a fault or is not as described, please contact us at support@orbax.co.uk with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Returns & Refunds policy.
Nothing in these Terms attempts to limit any remedy available to you under applicable consumer law.
Product use & safety
Please use the ORBAX Star Projector in accordance with the instructions supplied with it and any safety guidance provided with the product.
Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded
- breach of statutory consumer rights
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded
Subject to the above, our liability is limited to what is reasonable in the circumstances and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

When using the ORBAX website, please:
- use the website lawfully
- not interfere with the website's security or functionality
- not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or our systems
- not copy or misuse ORBAX content other than as ordinarily permitted for personal, non-commercial use

The content on the ORBAX website — including branding, logos, text, imagery and design — is owned by or licensed to ORBAX unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our permission, except as permitted by law.
Reviews & user content
Where the website displays customer reviews, we aim to present them fairly and accurately. We may moderate reviews for reasons such as spam, unlawful content or obvious abuse, but we do not remove reviews simply because they are critical.
