What comes in the box?+
Everything you need is already inside — the ORBAX Star Projector, a USB-C cable, a short instruction manual, the full Universe Collection of 12 projection films, and our Night Routine Guide as a digital download. Simply plug it in and switch it on.
Are all 12 projection films included?+
Yes. Every ORBAX arrives with the full Universe Collection — twelve carefully selected scenes, including Solar System, Milky Way, Nebula, Moon, Andromeda forest. A different sky above your bed each evening.
Can I use my own USB-C charger?+
Yes — that's the idea. Any standard USB-C adapter you already own will power ORBAX beautifully: the one on your phone, a laptop port, or a bedside USB-C dock.
Is a wall plug included?+
It isn't. We assume you already own a USB-C charger and would rather not receive another. If you don't, any standard USB-C adapter will do.
How large is the projection?+
Enough to fill the space above a bed on a typical ceiling. Rotate the head to spread the projection wider across the room, or aim it at a single wall — whichever suits the space.
Can I adjust brightness?+
Yes. A brightness dial takes the projection from a soft wash to a defined scene — soft enough for a nursery, defined enough for the ceiling above your own bed.
Can I rotate the projector?+
The projection head rotates, so you can aim the sky exactly where you want it — across the ceiling or onto a single wall.
How does the timer work?+
Set it once. ORBAX switches off on its own so you don't have to get out of bed to turn it off, and you don't have to think about it as you drift.
Is it safe for young children?+
Yes. Low USB-C power. Cool to the touch. A diffused warm LED — no exposed lasers, no harsh light. Designed to help little ones settle rather than stimulate them.
What colours does it come in?+
Two: a warm off-white and a matte black. Both include the same 12 projection films and the same accessories.
Do you ship to my country?+
Currently, ORBAX ships to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Germany, France, Poland and Spain. We currently do not offer delivery to other destinations. UK delivery is free.
How long does UK delivery take?+
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes a further 3–5 business days, for a realistic overall estimate of 6–8 business days. UK delivery is free.
How long does delivery take outside the UK?+
Estimated delivery is 8–11 business days to the United States, 9–12 business days to Canada, 9–11 business days to Germany, and 6–8 business days to France, Poland and Spain. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Can I change my shipping address?+
Yes as long as your order has not shipped. Email us with your order number and the new address.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?+
For UK returns, we cover it. International returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.
How long do refunds take?+
5–7 working days from the moment we receive your return.
How do I clean ORBAX?+
A dry microfibre cloth on the housing and dome. Never use liquid cleaners on the discs.
Do the discs scratch?+
They are coated to resist scratches, but store them in the included tray to keep them pristine.
